2015-10-09, An inlletigent answer - no BS - which makes a pleasant change
2015-10-13, I loved the lesson about wriintg down what we eat plus the extras! Since New Years, I have been slowly and steadily revamping my food lifestyle by eating only three meals a day, sitting down with my food, putting my fork down in between bites, and only drinking water. Writing down what I eat was a great way to help me make sure that I'm actually only eating three meals a day, that I'm still getting a variety of food, and that I'm eating enough, without overeating. I remember on the first day I started it, I had to write down that I had eaten a chocolate eclaire for lunch. Haha! And while I'm not necessarily dieting , but making long-term changes, eating a chocolate eclaire for lunch without a salad or something decently healthy really opened up my eyes!
